Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE environments, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Track, manage, and resolve user issues through issue management and support processes.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and ENOVIA user administration activities.
• Maintain CATIA software health through patches, upgrades, updates, and license administration.
• Perform software configuration, UAT validation, pilot testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, macros, and customizations using Python and VBA.
• Support CAD/CAM workflows and ensure smooth operation of engineering applications.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure and networking teams for system integration and operational support.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and conduct user training sessions.
• Report product issues and coordinate with Dassault Systemes support where required.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with CATIA V5/V6 and 3DEXPERIENCE platform support.
• Good understanding of CAD/CAM environments and PLM support processes.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, software deployment, and user administration.
• Proficiency in Python and VBA scripting for automation and customization.
• Knowledge of ENOVIA administration and CATIA license management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder support skills.

Education: Engineering, Mechanical, or related field degree
