Description

Provide advanced technical support for CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE environments, managing installation, configuration, and performance tuning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, access controls, and ENOVIA administration activities.
• Resolve user issues through structured support processes and track resolution status.
• Develop automation scripts, macros, and customizations using Python and VBA.
• Perform software configuration, UAT validation, pilot testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical support for CATIA V5/V6 and 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Proficiency in Python and VBA scripting for automation.
• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM environments and PLM support processes.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, and software deployment.
• Knowledge of ENOVIA administration and CATIA license management.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and conduct user training.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with Dassault Systemes support for product issues.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
