Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using C/C++.
• Develop robust backend services, application modules, and APIs using C/C++.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using modern web technologies.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data-access components.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional, performance, and production issues.
• Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, code optimization, and performance tuning.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with product managers, architects, QA, and other engineering teams.
• Understand existing codebases and perform enhancements, refactoring, and bug fixes.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Take ownership of assigned features from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

Mandatory:

• Strong hands-on experience in C and C++.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and data structures.
• Experience in backend/application development using C/C++.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and API integration.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git/version control.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle.

Good to Have:

• Linux/Unix development experience.
• Multithreading and concurrency.
• TCP/IP, networking, and socket programming.
• CMake/Make, GCC/Clang.
• Docker and CI/CD.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.
• Microservices architecture.
• Automated/unit testing.
• Agile/Scrum methodology
