Description

CCaaS Integration Engineer job responsibilities include:

Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Python/Node.js, integrating with CCaaS, CRM, IVR/IVA, and analytics platforms.

Develop event‑driven serverless architectures on AWS using Lambda, Step Functions, and SQS with fault‑tolerant patterns, retries, and DLQs.

Implement robust database connectivity across Postgres, MySQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB with secure secret handling and performance optimization.

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring automated testing, linting, IaC artifacts, and API security compliance (OAuth2/JWT, OpenAPI).

Coordinate middleware orchestration using AWS API Gateway or MuleSoft, including transformations, throttling, and authentication policies.

Produce technical documentation (sequence diagrams, integration specs, runbooks) and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

8–10 years of hands-on experience in API development, cloud integration, and serverless engineering.

Strong expertise in Python/Node.js and building scalable RESTful APIs with AWS serverless services (Lambda, SQS, Step Functions).

Proven experience integrating enterprise systems using AWS API Gateway or MuleSoft, along with solid CI/CD and GitHub workflow proficiency
