Description

You design and implement secure integration layers between CCaaS, CRM, IVR, and analytics platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Python or Node.js.
• Develop event-driven serverless architectures on AWS using Lambda, Step Functions, and SQS.
• Implement database connectivity across Postgres, MySQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB with secure secret handling.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing and security compliance.
• Coordinate middleware orchestration using AWS API Gateway or MuleSoft, including transformations and authentication policies.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in API development, cloud integration, and serverless engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python or Node.js for building scalable RESTful APIs.
• Proven experience with AWS serverless services including Lambda, SQS, and Step Functions.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using AWS API Gateway or MuleSoft.
• Proficiency in CI/CD workflows, specifically GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/JWT, OpenAPI, and API security best practices.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code artifacts and IaC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
