Description

You will design and implement cloud architecture for small to mid-sized projects using GCP NLP and CCAI.

Responsibilities

• Define technical frameworks and implement architecture for assigned projects.
• Present detailed design documents to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Conduct Proof of Concept activities to validate technical feasibility.
• Gather functional and non-functional requirements, including response time and throughput.
• Guide and review technical delivery performed by project teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Ability to design and implement infrastructure and cloud architecture.
• Experience resolving performance issues and optimizing solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying technical component requirements during story definition.
