Description

Build and optimize conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX.

Responsibilities

• Manage conversation flows, intents, and fulfillment logic within Dialogflow CX.
• Design and optimize complex conversational flows and agent assist bots.
• Develop webhooks and custom logic using Python for API integrations.
• Deploy and manage logic via Google Cloud Functions and the Google Cloud Console.
• Troubleshoot and debug conversational systems using Dialogflow tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in conversational AI development.
• Hands-on expertise with Dialogflow CX.
• Proficiency in Python for custom logic and integrations.
• Experience with Google Cloud Functions and Google Cloud Console.
• Working knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to optimize agent performance for response latency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating bots to the CCAI platform.
