Description

You will design, develop, and implement AI self-service applications using Google CCAI Support, maintaining voice and digital AI Self-Service solutions for large, multi-location contact centers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI self-service applications leveraging Google CCAI Support.
  • Maintain existing voice and digital AI Self-Service solutions for large contact centers.
  • Interface with business partners to drive AI solution implementation.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience within contact center environments.
  • 1-2 years of Java development experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with Google Dialog Flow CX.
  • Experience with Google Cloud CCAI.
  • Experience supporting multi-site contact center implementations.
  • Familiarity with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services (Nuance, Google, Amazon).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Any Graduate
