You will design, develop, and implement AI self-service applications using Google CCAI Support, maintaining voice and digital AI Self-Service solutions for large, multi-location contact centers.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI self-service applications leveraging Google CCAI Support.
- Maintain existing voice and digital AI Self-Service solutions for large contact centers.
- Interface with business partners to drive AI solution implementation.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience within contact center environments.
- 1-2 years of Java development experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Google Dialog Flow CX.
- Experience with Google Cloud CCAI.
- Experience supporting multi-site contact center implementations.
- Familiarity with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services (Nuance, Google, Amazon).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
