Lead the architecture, strategy, and design of Conversational AI solutions to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, design, and implementation of AI-based conversational interfaces for client projects.
• Lead customer technology assessments and define long-term roadmaps.
• Manage software migrations and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver comprehensive documentation.
• Mitigate technical and operational risks by anticipating challenges and applying structured methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a solution architect or technical lead working with Contact Center Technology.
• Experience building complex, multi-turn, semantically driven, intent-based applications.
• Direct experience with NLU platforms such as IBM Watson Assistant, Amazon Lex, or Nuance Mix.
• Practical knowledge of intent classification, entity extraction, conversation flows, and NLP training principles.
• Ability to optimize NLU performance using production data.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Proven ability to gather business and technical requirements and present solutions to client stakeholders.
• Strong background in end-to-end consulting for Conversational AI engagements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Dialogflow.
