Description

Lead the delivery and implementation of EHS digital solutions for global client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support EHS digital tools including Enablon, SAP EHS, Intelex, Cority, and Sphera.
• Lead system configuration, integration, training, rollout, and maintenance for environmental management systems.
• Manage all lifecycle stages of project execution using project management and business analysis methodologies.
• Mentor and upskill high-performing teams while managing performance and utilization levels.
• Consult with clients on EHS digital tool capabilities and strategy to balance occupational health and safety risks.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of consulting experience in EHS implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with Enablon, Sphera, Intelex, Cority, and SAP EHS.
• In-depth knowledge of Incident Management, Audits, Risk, Compliance Management, and Management of Change.
• Experience with Environmental emissions (Air, water, waste), Industrial Hygiene, and Occupational health.
• Proficiency in the system development lifecycle, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to lead teams in varied contexts and environments.
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills to interact with global leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
