Description

You will design, implement, and optimize complex Customer Communications Management (CCM) architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve scalable CCM solutions using Documaker, RR Donnelley, and RICOH technologies.
• Lead product-to-product migrations, including data mapping, template conversion, and output re-engineering.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
• Define integration strategies between CCM platforms and enterprise systems like CRM or ERP using APIs.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in document generation, composition, and delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• 5+ years of specialized experience in the Customer Communications Management (CCM) domain.
• Hands-on expertise with Documaker (Studio, Server, Forms, and Interactive).
• Strong experience with RR Donnelley (RRD) solutions for document composition and output management.
• Demonstrable experience with RICOH output management platforms such as ProcessDirector or InfoPrint Manager.
• Proven track record of executing migrations between different CCM platforms.
• Proficiency with REST, SOAP, HTML5, and XML.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
