Description

You will maintain and implement core network infrastructure components, supporting and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and wireless systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement network configurations across Cisco routers and switches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to TCP/IP and VLANs.
• Manage wireless network configurations and provide support.
• Work independently in a client-facing capacity, coordinating with remote teams.

Required Skills

• Active CCNA certification or equivalent networking experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in network support or implementation.
• Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless technologies.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and VLANs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with on-site and remote teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meraki or other Cisco wireless platforms.
• Familiarity with network documentation and Visio or similar tools.
