Description

You lead the Operations Department, overseeing the execution of services in New Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, assign, and direct Motorcoach Operator schedules, tasks, and workloads.
  • Ensure successful and efficient operation of all routes per customer contract requirements.
  • Manage department staffing levels, collaborating on filling open positions.
  • Investigate client concerns, complaints, and service level agreement issues.
  • Monitor the Samsara safety dashboard daily and address all reported events.

Required Skills

  • Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement.
  • Excellent professional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and state/local Department of Transportation rules/regulation.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment controlled substance test and criminal background check.
  • 3+ years fleet dispatch experience preferred.
  • 3+ years Motorcoach Operator experience preferred.
  • 5+ years Operations Management experience preferred.

Education
