Description

You will design and implement audience strategies and data models within the Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop audience strategies, segment designs, and segmentation intake processes.
• Design and validate RTCDP profiling to meet business requirements.
• Build data models including schemas, identity, and relationships for customer use cases.
• Execute audience sharing strategies and define governance models.
• Configure AEP permissions, implement data labeling, policy enforcement, and privacy services.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in CDP development and configuration.
• Proficiency in ANSI SQL for ETL processing, troubleshooting, and analytics.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, entity-relationship diagrams, and data transformation.
• Experience with API integration, including authentication and developer projects.
• Technical understanding of segment evaluation (stream, batch, edge) and data ingestion patterns.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components: Identity service, dataflow, Adobe I/O, and query service.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, web SDKs, and mobile SDKs.
• Understanding of merge policies and edge data collection frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
