You will manage and optimize customer data platform solutions to drive business growth through effective data utilization.
Responsibilities
Manage CDP infrastructure, including data ingestion, integration, and storage.
Develop and execute segmentation strategies based on behavior, demographics, and other attributes.
Design and implement personalized marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform stability.
Required Skills
5-8 years of experience working with Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, WebEngage, Segment, or Adobe Audience Manager.
Strong proficiency in SQL and JSON.
Hands-on experience with data manipulation and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Solid understanding of data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Any Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
