You will manage and optimize customer data platform solutions to drive business growth through effective data utilization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage CDP infrastructure, including data ingestion, integration, and storage.
• Develop and execute segmentation strategies based on behavior, demographics, and other attributes.
• Design and implement personalized marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform stability.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience working with Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, WebEngage, Segment, or Adobe Audience Manager.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with data manipulation and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Any Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo or HubSpot.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
