Description

Perform field testing and log analysis for cellular devices, ensuring compliance with carrier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field testing and issue investigation for 3G/4G/5G technologies.
• Analyze logs and debug User Equipment (UE) issues using specialized tools.
• Execute carrier certification tests for major US operators (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile).
• Operate and test Android and Apple products, including smartphones and watches.
• Generate and submit daily test reports to the client.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in smartphone field testing.
• Strong understanding of 3GPP specifications for 3G, 4G, and 5G.
• Hands-on experience with Android and Apple ecosystems.
• Proficiency with logging tools: QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, ELT.
• Experience in log analysis and UE issue debugging.
• Proven track record in carrier certification processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience representing testing results and findings to clients.
