Description

You will perform field testing on mobile devices to ensure carrier certification standards are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute field testing protocols and submit daily reports to the client.
• Investigate and debug UE issues through detailed log analysis.
• Represent technical issues found during field testing cycles.
• Operate and test Android and Apple hardware including iPhones and Apple Watches.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in smartphone field testing.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP specifications for 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Android and Apple product ecosystems.
• Experience with carrier certification for US operators including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
• Proficiency with log analysis and debugging tools such as QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, and ELT.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
