Description

You will conduct field testing for mobile devices to ensure compliance with carrier standards in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing on mobile devices and submit daily reports to clients.
• Investigate, debug, and analyze UE issues through log analysis.
• Validate device performance against 3GPP specifications.
• Represent technical issues discovered during field testing cycles.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in smartphone field testing.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP specifications for 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Hands-on experience operating Android and Apple products, including iPhones, Apple Watch, and Mac.
• Experience with carrier certification for US operators such as Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile.
• Proficiency with logging and debugging tools including QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, and ELT.
• Proven ability in log analysis and UE issue debugging.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
