Description

Perform field testing for cellular devices, analyzing logs and debugging User Equipment issues while ensuring carrier certification compliance for major US operators.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate Android and Apple products, including iPhones, Apple Watches, and Macs, for field testing.
• Analyze logs and debug User Equipment (UE) issues using 3GPP specifications for 3G, 4G, and 5G.
• Conduct issue investigation and prepare client reports based on testing results.
• Execute testing procedures and submit daily reports to the client.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile device field testing.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP specifications for 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Android and Apple ecosystems (smartphones and smart watches).
• Experience working on carrier certification for USA operators (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile).
• Proficiency in log analysis and UE debugging.
• Familiarity with logging tools such as QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, and ELT.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 3 years of tenure in previous relevant roles.
