Description

You will conduct field testing and issue investigation for mobile devices, submitting daily reports and analyzing logs to debug UE issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing and submit daily reports to the client.
• Analyze logs and debug UE issues using specialized tools.
• Investigate technical issues and represent findings during reporting.
• Execute carrier certification testing for US operators including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in mobile device testing and smartphone field testing.
• Deep understanding of 3GPP specifications for 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Proficiency with log analysis and debugging tools including QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, and ELT.
• Hands-on experience operating Android and Apple products, including iPhones, Apple Watch, and Mac.
• Experience with US carrier certification processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
