Description

You will manage data reporting requests and act as the primary liaison between clinical stakeholders and business analysts.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business analysts and clinical/business stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting requirements.
• Map specific data points and document metric definitions independently within the Epic system.
• Oversee the reporting request intake queue, prioritizing tasks based on organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence developers to ensure reporting deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to leverage existing data content for strategic decision-making.

Required Skills

• Cogito Certification or equivalent Cogito knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience in project scoping, process management, or project coordination.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Ability to navigate complex data sets and reporting needs.
• Experience scoping projects and managing formal request processes.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Background using JIRA or ServiceNow.
