Description

You will serve as a subject matter expert for IAM and IGA tools, driving technical guidance, implementation, and infrastructure engineering.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer backend infrastructure for PAM/IAM and IGA platforms.
• Create and maintain procedures, runbooks, and documentation for IAM services.
• Manage escalations, set priorities, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Onboard servers and users to PAM/IGA services while troubleshooting complex identity issues.
• Assess security controls for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services and review secure integrations.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in IAM technologies within hybrid multi-cloud and multi-tenant environments.
• 5+ years managing IAM tools, RBAC, PAM, and IGA platforms.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, GCP, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Cisco Client, and Delinea Secret Server.
• Deep knowledge of SAML, Federation, SSO, OpenID, OAuth, and MFA.
• Experience administering Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Ability to manage hybrid multi-tenant Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and AWS environments.
• Understanding of cloud architecture including Azure AD/Entra ID, AWS, and Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP or other IAM tool-specific security certifications.
