Description

Lead Pegasystems implementations and end-to-end solution delivery as a hands-on technical lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through systems analysis, design, development, integration, and deployment.
• Direct the deployment of new modules, system upgrades, and bug fixes.
• Review technical solutions to ensure alignment with customer objectives, organizational guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, peer reviews, and design demos to maintain high coding and quality standards.
• Mentor and coach developers and peers within a group environment.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) credential.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of dedicated Pegasystems experience.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end IT processes including architecture, design, engineering, implementation, and operations.
• Proven ability to solve complex system and integration problems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, releases, and backlogs.
• Strong background in application support and enhancement.
• Any graduate degree.
