You manage enterprise-wide business intelligence, software development, and infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and overall project execution across enterprise BI and infrastructure initiatives.
• Understand business objectives, perform feasibility studies, and conduct cost/benefit analysis for new solutions.
• Direct project teams to meet milestones, build effective working groups, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Develop standards, policies, and procedures for BI documentation, tools, and systems.
• Create and maintain project charters, plans, deliverables, and other essential artifacts.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience leading large, complex database management systems and BI tools.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Thorough understanding of industry-standard project management methodologies and Scrum Master practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent BI, data warehousing, and application development projects.
• Strong project documentation skills for chartering, scoping, and defining deliverables.
• Experience conducting research and developing business cases to support enterprise BI solutions.
• Proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships and providing customer service.
