Description

You will perform the role of a Certified Public Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Meet and work with new clients while building an individual book of tax clients.
• Manage a growing list of corporate clients’ payroll and bookkeeping needs.
• Communicate with clients via secure text and email portal.
• Make decisions that mutually benefit both clients and the firm.
• Prepare S Corp, Partnership, C Corp, 990, and individual tax returns.

Required Skills

• CPA certification with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of Iowa tax law.
• Proficiency with tax preparation and bookkeeping platforms (Drake and QuickBooks preferred).
• Ability to prepare S Corp, Partnership, C Corp, 990, and individual tax returns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
