Description

You will manage tax compliance, bookkeeping, and client relationships for corporate and individual accounts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare S Corp, Partnership, C Corp, 990, and individual tax returns.
• Manage payroll and bookkeeping needs for a growing list of corporate clients.
• Build and maintain an individual book of tax clients.
• Communicate with clients via secure text and email portals.
• Make decisions that mutually benefit both clients and the firm.

Required Skills

• CPA certification with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Ability to prepare S Corp, Partnership, C Corp, 990, and individual tax returns.
• Solid understanding of Iowa tax law.
• Proficiency with tax preparation and bookkeeping platforms (Drake and QuickBooks preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
