Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile processes for engineering teams.
• Manage multiple Jira boards to track progress and maintain workflow.
• Support team development and provide guidance on agile methodologies.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Coach teams on agile practices and resolve internal conflicts.

Required Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Proficiency in Jira for agile project management.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scaling agile practices using frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
• Technical background in software development or a related field.
• Familiarity with additional agile project management tools.
