Description

You will design, develop, and administer Smartsheet solutions to optimize business operations and project management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Smartsheet dashboards, reports, templates, and automated workflows to streamline operations.
• Connect Smartsheet with external systems including Okta, CRM, ERP, databases, and Azure DevOps using the Smartsheet API.
• Administer the Smartsheet platform, managing user access, identity management, licenses, and system security compliance.
• Troubleshoot Smartsheet-related issues and develop technical documentation and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Smartsheet development and administration.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet API for system integrations.
• Experience with JavaScript and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate for data utilization and reporting.
• Knowledge of AWS environments.
• Ability to design automated approval processes, alerts, and reminders.
• Experience managing system security plans and data compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Support for specific workflows including procurement, budget requests, executive project plans, hiring requests, and HR recruitment dashboards.
