Description

You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert managing Zuora product configurations and subscription billing models.

Responsibilities

• Configure Zuora product settings, billing, and finance modules.
• Manage subscription business models and consumption-based billing workflows.
• Execute Quote to Cash, CPQ, and Billing implementations.
• Integrate Zuora with external ERP, CRM, and tax systems.
• Manage payment gateway and banking integrations.

Required Skills

• Certified Zuora Admin with additional technical certifications.
• 10+ years of experience in Zuora product configuration and finance settings.
• 5+ years of experience specifically with Zuora Billing.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Quote to Cash, CPQ, and Billing.
• Expertise in Zuora Subscription Management and Payments.
• Proven experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and Vertex.
• Experience integrating with banks (JPM, BOA) and payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen).
• Expertise in Workflow management.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced expertise in complex subscription models and consumption-based billing.
