Description

Execute complex fluid dynamics simulations and thermal management analyses to support engineering design goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAD cleanup and surface meshing using ANSA and Star-CCM+.
• Execute CFD simulations using Star-CCM+ and Simerics following best practices for computational efficiency.
• Manage the full simulation workflow including meshing, model analysis, post-processing, and results interpretation.
• Validate CFD simulations and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience performing CFD simulations.
• Hands-on expertise with Star-CCM+.
• Proficiency in ANSA for meshing and CAD cleanup.
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
• Experience in validating simulation results and interpreting data.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenFOAM software.
• Background in under-hood thermal management.
