Description

You will manage the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of secure file transfer systems using CFT and Axway products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain secure and efficient file transmission between internal systems and external customer organizations.
• Provide L2 and L3 level support for Axway products and resolve all file transfer issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to diagnose and fix transmission failures.
• Support business hours and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in file transfer engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with CFT (Cross File Transfer).
• Experience with Axway products at L2 and L3 support levels.
• Proficiency working within IBM Z series platforms.
• Experience managing file transfers on Windows environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex transmission issues across diverse platforms.
• Any Graduate degree.
