Description

Lead change management initiatives for clinical workflows, overseeing sandbox and learning lab environments. Manage project scope, schedule, and cost while mitigating risks through established processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and review of workflow scenarios for testing and training.
• Create and deliver change management artifacts, including reports, executive briefings, and communications.
• Maintain operational processes such as SOPs, schedules, and system downtime coordination.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues using established methodologies.
• Support onboarding and training of team members, including Sandbox Analysts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience, including IT project management.
• Prosci Change Management certification (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and lifecycle practices.
• Experience tracking project scope, schedule, cost, and performance.
• Proven ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a clinical informaticist or working with clinical systems.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience implementing or supporting Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, specifically Cerner/Oracle Health.
