Description

You will lead change management and communications strategies for critical finance, payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication workstream plans, including email announcements, websites, newsletters, and leadership talking points.
• Evaluate organizational readiness through assessments, surveys, and town halls to identify risks and manage resistance.
• Direct the Training Lead and oversee the quality of the training team’s delivery plans and work products.
• Manage stakeholder analysis and provide recommendations for engagement structures and cadences.
• Monitor communication channels, including project email inboxes and JIRA, to ensure timely stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, information technology, or higher education.
• Proven expertise in strategic communications and business communication standards.
• Experience managing a change management or training team.
• Ability to lead stakeholder analysis and assess organizational change impacts.
• Strong writing, copyediting, presentation, and session facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with JIRA and MS Office.
• Experience managing interdependent deliverables and coordinating multiple collaborators.
• Ability to build relationships with department leaders and subject matter experts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or an equivalent background.
