Description

You own the planning and execution of application change restrictions and release metrics across distributed engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed schedules for change restrictions across applications hosted on Java, Node.js, MuleSoft, and Azure.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and maintain release metric dashboards using PowerBI and ServiceNow.
• Partner with release and product managers to maintain accurate release calendars, integrating automated scheduling and notifications.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on release scheduling, providing technical guidance to support engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of change and/or release management experience managing software releases end-to-end.
• Proficiency with PowerBI and ServiceNow for metric tracking and data visualization.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Java, Node.js, MuleSoft, or Azure environments.
• Experience in Project Management or holding a PMO certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the high tech, software, or wireless/telecom industry.
• Familiarity with full stack web design or application design and architecture.
