Description

Lead change management activities to manage transitions from development to operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design strategic approaches to manage change and mitigate organizational risk.
• Review, categorize, and prioritize Requests for Change (RFCs) based on business objectives.
• Convene Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and coordinate building, testing, and implementation.
• Authorize minor changes and mediate conflicts related to change implementation.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and maintain change documentation, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience handling change management processes.
• Proficiency in Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, specifically Configuration Management.
• Active ITIL Certification.
• Ability to design and deliver specialized training resources for users.
• Experience creating change schedules and management reports.
• Experience using Client Tool.
