You will deliver change management interventions to support technology implementation and digital transformation programs.
Responsibilities
Execute all stages of the change management lifecycle, including strategy, planning, communication, stakeholder management, impact assessment, and business readiness.
Lead change teams or operate as a sole practitioner during large-scale transformation journeys.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to engage senior stakeholders.
Develop and deliver high-impact communications tailored to client needs.
Work within matrix team structures and manage client-facing roles at various locations.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing change management solutions across technology-enabled programs.
Proficiency in Change Strategy, Communication Management, Business Readiness, Organizational Design, or Training.
Experience with Agile and Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally for project requirements.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and client service.
Flexibility to work onsite, fully remote, or in hybrid models based on client preference.
