Description

You will own the end-to-end Change and Release Management process for financial applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement Change and Release Management processes for Oracle E-business Suite and SaaS applications.
• Maintain the IT Change Calendar and manage the forward schedule of all planned changes.
• Audit and drive continuous improvement of release procedures to safeguard the production environment.
• Coordinate and report on change activities to ensure adherence to established compliance and audit standards.
• Consult with project teams to manage service transition from project phases to operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Change and Release Management.
• Hands-on experience in fintech audit and compliance roles.
• Direct experience managing Oracle E-business Suite.
• Proficiency with SaaS applications including Coupa and Zuora.
• Experience using Excel and project/portfolio management platforms.
• Ability to define and track success metrics for change processes.
• Degree in any field.
