Lead organizational transformation by designing and executing change management plans aligned with program communication strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans supporting broader program goals.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and Product Owners to prioritize change management support across work streams.
• Author clear guidance documents and stakeholder communications using Prosci’s ADKAR methodology.
• Create training packages and dashboards to track adoption and provide program-level status updates.
• Identify resistance to change and design targeted reinforcement steps for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing and executing organizational change management plans.
• Expertise applying formal change management processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Prosci’s ADKAR methodology.
• Experience authoring stakeholder communications and technical documentation for user-friendly consumption.
• Ability to translate technical documentation into accessible language without losing accuracy.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Visio or Draw IO.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience building training packages and tracking adoption metrics via dashboards.
