You will provide subject matter expertise for change management necessitated by the CTO organizational transformation initiative.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Plan aligned with the CTO Transformation Program Communication Plan.
Coordinate with the CTO Transformation Program Manager and Product Owners to evaluate and prioritize support needs.
Author communications and guidance documents using Prosci’s ADKAR methodology to address awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement stages.
Collaborate with technical writers to quantify changes impacting staff, enterprise functions, and state agency service delivery.
Build training packages for new standards and standard operating procedures.
Design and utilize metrics dashboards to track adoption and provide program-level status.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience designing and executing organizational change management plans.
Senior expertise in applying formal change management processes.
Proficiency with Prosci’s ADKAR methodology.
Experience managing communications across multiple channels including email, web, wiki, webinars, and video.
Ability to translate technical documentation into user-friendly language while maintaining accuracy.
Experience designing metrics to track change adoption and reinforcement.
Proven ability to identify resistance to change and recommend mitigation strategies.
Experience working within established brand and writing standards.
