Description

You will provide subject matter expertise for change management driven by the OIT CTO organizational transformation initiative.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Plan aligned with the CTO Transformation Program Communication Plan.
• Coordinate with the CTO Transformation Program Manager and Product Owners to evaluate and prioritize support needs.
• Work with technical writers to quantify changes across work streams impacting CTO staff, enterprise functions, and state agency service delivery.
• Create clear guidance documents and communication strategies to address gaps in the awareness and desire stages of change.
• Prepare communications using email, websites, wikis, webinars, and video while adhering to the OIT Style Guide.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in change management or related organizational transformation roles.
• Practical application of Prosci’s ADKAR methodology.
• Experience developing tailored OCM plans for specific projects, teams, and individuals.
• Ability to build stakeholder advocacy and engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working within OIT CTO environments.
• Proficiency in creating comprehensive guidance documentation and communication materials.
