Description

You will lead change impact assessments and drive adoption for enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current versus future state processes and systems to document change impacts.
• Develop training materials for instructor-led sessions and self-paced learning.
• Create communication materials to drive adoption of new technology and workflows for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage your specific work stream by tracking weekly status, risks, and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or training content development.
• Deep expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience managing multi-release projects using Agile methodology.
• Background in enterprise-scale, multi-country digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and B2B content development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• PROSCI certification or similar change management designation.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM implementations.
• Knowledge of B2B processes including account planning, lead management, and forecasting.
