Lead change management efforts for large enterprise-level programs within a structured PMO environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive significant change management initiatives across large enterprise programs.
• Build new approaches, artifacts, and strategies to improve program implementation.
• Act as an enterprise change agent to facilitate organizational transitions.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure cohesive program execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise programs.
• Experience working within a structured PMO environment.
• Ability to develop original change management strategies and artifacts.
• Experience collaborating with global, distributed teams.
• ADKAR certification.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
