Description

Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, integrating change management into the project lifecycle to drive adoption and standardization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, governance structures, and master schedules to guide execution.
• Conduct change impact assessments and collaborate with specialists on adoption strategies.
• Identify process gaps and drive workflow standardization and optimization across business operations.
• Provide executive-level communications, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and dependencies while supporting internal audits and documentation reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong project management experience on the business or operations side, not IT-focused.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of change management principles and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to partner with IT teams and assist with vendor coordination.
