Description

You will manage transition and adoption processes for large-scale CRM migrations, leading platform transitions and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM migration efforts, specifically transitioning between Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and engineering teams, including Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
• Translate product requirements into structured training plans and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure alignment on business processes and training needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in change management or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
• Proven track record managing Dynamics CRM migrations.
• Experience working directly with Finance departments.
• Ability to partner with Product Managers to define training needs.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks alongside Scrum Masters.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
