Partner with the Change Management CoE and senior stakeholders to design and execute integrated change strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
6+ years leading large‑scale organizational change initiatives.
Certification in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP, Kotter, etc.) preferred.
Strong program management and governance experience in global organizations.
Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with executives and senior leaders.
Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Skilled in stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication planning, and training strategies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
Ability to operate across distributed global teams (U.S. and U.K. leadership alignment required).
Senior, polished, and influential professional with executive presence.
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity and governance.
Experienced in global change programs, able to coordinate across multiple initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach stakeholders and guide teams.
