Lead integrated change strategies and governance for large-scale organizational initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to design and execute integrated change strategies.
• Provide executive coaching to enable effective sponsorship and leadership alignment.
• Communicate progress, risks, and people-related impacts to steering committees.
• Build and manage change agent networks to drive adoption and engagement.
• Monitor change effectiveness, adapt strategies, and implement mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 7+ years leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Strong program management and governance experience in global organizations.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with executives.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Skilled in stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and communication planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Ability to operate across distributed global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Certification in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP, Kotter, etc.).
