Required Skills

- Strong ability to communicate with and influence business stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT, application, and operations teams.
- Demonstrated self-drive and accountability in managing complex, independent projects.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
Preferred Skills
- PROSCI or other recognized Change Management certification.
