Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in change management, specifically within M&A or divestiture contexts.
  • Strong ability to communicate with and influence business stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with IT, application, and operations teams.
  • Demonstrated self-drive and accountability in managing complex, independent projects.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

  • PROSCI or other recognized Change Management certification.
