Responsibilities

• Drive change management strategies for M&A and divestiture initiatives.
• Engage business stakeholders to align on transition goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with IT, application, and operations teams to minimize disruption.
• Own communication and adoption plans for technical and operational changes.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure accountability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in change management within M&A or divestiture contexts.
• Strong ability to communicate with and influence business stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT, application, and operations teams.
• Demonstrated self-drive and accountability in managing complex, independent projects.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• PROSCI or other recognized Change Management certification.
