Key Skills: Change Management, ITIL, Release Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own the change management lifecycle in line with ITIL practices, including assessment, approval, scheduling, and closure.
• Coordinate with engineering, service owners, and operations to ensure changes are risk-assessed and properly documented.
• Monitor change performance and compliance, identifying trends and driving corrective actions to improve success rates.
• Support release planning and readiness activities by aligning change schedules with release timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of change activities and ensure adherence to internal governance and audit requirements.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience in change management; ITIL certification preferred
• ITIL (ITIL-aligned change management processes)
• Change Management (end-to-end change lifecycle ownership)
• Risk assessment and governance for service-impacting changes
• Release coordination and change scheduling discipline

Education: B.E., B.Tech, B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in Computer Science / Computer Science and Technology / Computer Science Engineering / Computer Science and Information Security
